ZalvicaMind · Strategic advisor

Analytical insight before every consultation.

ZalvicaMind reads client facts, maps them against common immigration pathways and prepares a structured internal brief with options and risk levels. Your licensed professional reviews it before the first call.

What it does

A structured brief before you pick up the phone.

01

Reads client facts

Works from intake answers and uploaded documents such as a resume, without retyping.

02

Maps the pathways

Lays out options side by side, for example Start-up Visa, intra-company transfer and provincial nominee routes.

03

Flags the risks

Marks each option low, medium or high risk and lists the red flags to check first.

04

Stays consistent

References your firm’s past decisions and procedures so advice stays aligned across the team.

What comes out

Outputs your team can use the same day.

Each output lands where your team already works, with a preview and a log.

01

Internal use only

Briefs are working papers for your team. They are not advice and are never sent to the client as advice.

02

A professional signs off

Every strategy is reviewed and owned by a licensed professional in your firm.

03

Client facts stay private

Case information stays inside your systems and is used only to prepare your brief.

Is my business data safe?

Yes. Your account is protected, payments run through Stripe so card data never touches our servers, and your intake answers are used only by our team to plan and produce your content.

What is the intake form and how long does it take?

The intake is a guided 5-step questionnaire about your business, brand, audience, and channels. It is the foundation our team uses to plan your content. AI prefill suggests answers for later steps based on your earlier ones, so most clients finish faster than they expect. See the Intake Form guides.

What is AI prefill?

Between steps, an AI assistant researches your business from your earlier answers and pre-fills matching fields of the next step. It only fills empty fields – anything you typed yourself is preserved.

Do I have to keep the AI-suggested answers?

No. Every suggestion stays editable – review it, correct it, or replace it entirely before you continue.

Can I change my answers later?

Yes, in two ways: you have 3 full re-do passes for the whole intake, and Quick Edits let you update 10 key fields anytime for free without spending a pass. Details: Intake Form guides.

Who sees my intake answers?

Only the ZALVICA team. Your answers are used to plan, produce, and publish your content – nothing else.

What happens after I submit the intake?

Our team reviews your answers and builds your content media plan. From then on you follow everything in your client cabinet: the plan, the calendar, drafts, ideas, and weekly digests.
