Every claim in your content is checked against current official sources before it reaches your review, so nothing outdated or unverified goes out.

New

Competitor

New

Video
editor

Approved articles become captioned, branded explainer videos with a presenter avatar, exported for every channel.

How you get connected

Three stages: registration, onboarding, integration.

01

Registration

You create your account and complete the guided intake about your firm, your services and your rules.

02

Onboarding

We train the team on your tone and procedures, and agree which systems, channels and accounts to connect.

03

Integration

You authorize your own accounts, we map fields, triggers and routing, and every sync shows up in your client cabinet.

Is my business data safe?

Yes. Your account is protected, payments run through Stripe so card data never touches our servers, and your intake answers are used only by our team to plan and produce your content.

What happens after I create an account?

Right after the first sign-in you accept the public offer, then complete the subscription payment. Once the subscription is active, the 5-step marketing intake and your client cabinet unlock.

Who sees my intake answers?

Only the ZALVICA team. Your answers are used to plan, produce, and publish your content – nothing else.

What happens after I submit the intake?

Our team reviews your answers and builds your content media plan. From then on you follow everything in your client cabinet: the plan, the calendar, drafts, ideas, and weekly digests.

What tools do I get in the client cabinet?

Media Plan, Calendar, Media Library, Notifications, Tickets, Ideas & Digests, Brand Voice, Overlay Templates, and Settings. Each one has its own guide in Cabinet Tools.

Which channels can you publish to?

The intake covers all major channels: your website or blog, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile. Your media plan defines which of them we use for your brand.

Where do I see what changed in my cabinet?

The “What’s new” section in the left-side menu lists release notes, and Notifications collect system events and updates about your account and content.
